Her mission is to empower women with practical strategies in building workplace confidence and self-advocacy to amplify their earning potential and achieve career success.
Ritu is also recognised as one of the 'Top 20 CA’s to watch in Australia & New Zealand' and is actively involved in leadership roles and mentoring programs, contributing significantly to community and youth development.
