On the second Tuesday of the month, I take a deep dive into a career-related topic, and on today’s episode I’m taking a moment to shout out all the learners who are currently out there and going through training.

Because here’s the thing… not all parts of your training program are fun or enjoyable or feel like the perfect fit for what you eventually want to do. And it can feel like a miserable experience at times when you're on rotations you don't care about or dealing with teachers you don't like or doing assignments that don't matter to you.

So today’s episode is a little advice and some encouragement to get you through those difficult times.

(And even when you're a full-ass grown up in your job, there will still be parts about your job that suck, and this advice applies to you too friend!)
