In this episode of the renewed podcast series of the Hungarian Institute of International Affairs (HIIA) entitled Budapest Outlook, Anna Orosz, a research fellow at the Institute talks with Jovana Marović, the former Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of European Affairs of the Government of Montenegro about the recent achievements and factors that determine the current pace of reforms required by the European Union as well as about the prospects of EU enlargement. Montenegro as a candidate country is stuck on the accession path because of the domestic political impasses as well as the lack of genuine political will on the EU side to accept new member states.
