One of Roger's biggest successes has been trusting people that come with different perspectives, different skill sets, and different insights, and fortunately enough with that, he's made some phenomenal hires that have contributed immensely to his business model and growth.
His biggest failure has been his lack of self-confidence at times that have led him to become hesitant at times. He shares why he considers this his biggest failure and how it has affected his business in the past.
