Not our usual topic of conversation but we are kicking off talking about hosting a podcast...And specifically, this one! You'll hear more about our organic journey - starting from our Clubhouse room during the pandemic to now launching Season 3 as a podcast. Jo and Emma deep dive into the challenges of the conversations, welcoming new and different perspectives and gaining a deeper understanding into the nuances centred around the discussions we have. But ultimately how we want to create a legacy of great conversations with diverse people from all over the world to hold a bank of information that everyone can listen to and access at any time.
