The Daydreamers get news of a magical hat that can turn snow into a person(2:30). This starts the wonderful adventures of Frosty the Daydreamer who sits in cheerful holiday celebrations(6:10). The local children get into fantasy fights over who will get to sing with Frosty next(13:25).
