Researching the benefits of Myofascial Release is challenging because of the individuality of each patient. My goal is to talk to those who have had life-changing experiences so they can encourage others.
I met Janet Seitlin, an attorney and mediation instructor at a law school in Miami, on a Facebook group and was very intrigued with her posts. I just knew she had an amazing healing journey to share. That was quite an understatement!
