This episode is completely unscripted, with Noah having told us beforehand that we could ask him anything whatsoever. We do ask him a few tough questions, like asking him to elaborate on the 'Heir to Froning'-rumour and whether or not he handled the last events at the Games in 2018 unwisely.
We talk about the Games 2019, the likely future for the CrossFit Games season (and Games 2020), how to improve as an upcoming athlete and how to diagnose whether or not you're a competition animal or a training tractor. Noah also gets into how his coach (Max El-Hag) and the atmosphere at Training Think Tank has benefitted him. We also discuss a collaboration between Maximus (his dog) and Winston the Corgi (Jacob Heppner's dog), whether Noah is actually a dane and many other less serious topics.
We hope you enjoy the podcast!
To new English listeners, we recommend our previous English episodes such as ep. 62 with Patrick Vellner, ep. 49 with Annie Thorisdottir & Katrin Davidsdottir and ep. 51 with Björgvin Karl Guðmundson.
