Closing the 18-Inch Gap Podcast-EP042: 10 Things I Learned from my Mother's Passing
Manage episode 453332490 series 3563286
Today is exactly one year since my mother passed away. Today I want to bring what I have learned this last year about myself and others during this journey. My goal is to bring hope to those that may be dealing with a loss or struggle during this holiday season. There is a lot I want to bring today and will be very open and raw about what I have learned and gone through this past year. Don’t worry though, this is about positive growth, dealing with emotions and much more that I hope will help you or someone you know during this holiday season.
Quote of the week: “Grief is the price we pay for love.” - Queen Elizabeth II
Points covered:

6. Seeking answers through your family members can shed a lot of light
7. Never stop being positive
8. You can never make anyone love you no matter how much you try
9. You can never change someone that doesn’t want to change
10. Always, always be kind to yourself
