In our second episode of this series, we managed to grab a quick chat with chef Liz Young during a busy prep morning at The Wine Rooms, Cambridge, where Liz is currently executive chef. Originally hailing from New Zealand, Liz loves to travel and has worked all over the world in professional kitchens and as a private chef for 23 years.
