Do you ever feel like this..? You work your ass off and finally take a few steps forward And then… the next day you walk into the restaurant And all your hard work is GONE! You're three steps back – because someone quit or resigned or moved on... All your forward progress is wiped away… by the incoming tide – like sandcastles on the beach..? I don’t know about you - but I feel like that. And NOT just SOME of the Time… I feel like this - MOST OF THE TIME… I build a beautiful sand castle… And then here comes a wave and washes it away… This is what we are going to discuss today.
