Owner retention is a challenge with the average churn or attrition rate in the property management industry at about 25%. Even if you’re performing well, you can still lose clients because most owner turnover is caused by sales and not necessarily from a poor experience. There are many reasons why an owner may want to sell a property; therefore, an inherent churn rate is always possible.
