One of the greatest ways to sustain a business is to ensure that you’re activating all the profits that you can. One of these ways is through repeat customers. A local business I have worked with for the past few years waits until I reach out to them to provide service each year, because they don’t assume people want their service again. I have no idea why. That is a horrible business model. You need to assume that people want your service and reach out to them proactively instead of waiting for them to reach out to you.
