At some point in our lives, we’ve probably seen someone be hyper-organized, to a point where we thought to ourselves, “they probably have OCD now don’t they?”. Well, that’s not necessarily the case!

In this episode, we’ll dive deep into what OCD is. This way, we’ll be more helpful when encountering someone with OCD, rather than being careless and ending up hurting them. Join us as we learn more about the disorder, and what we can do about it.
