Let's welcome Emilie as the new Co-Host of the show. We'll be discussing the GAO Report that is highly critical of USCIS' lack of fraud prevention. You can read the report here: https://www.gao.gov/products/gao-19-676
In this episode, Emilie and I discuss VAWA and how it was supposed to help abused immigrants and how its been hijacked by scammers to get a green card by throwing the US citizen squarely under the bus, leaving the US citizen with no recourse.
In this episode, we go over Emilie's Divorce judgment and discuss how the judge used the I-864 Affidavit of Support to ensure the "immigrant" was not harmed, at Emilie's expense.
Last week, Emilie appeared on the show to tell us her story. This week she continues with her experiences with her immigration attorney who didn’t do her any favors, and how the I-864 has come to pay her a visit.
In this week's episode we will discuss USCIS's mission statement, that being a "customer service" agency where the customer is the non-citizen. The recent USCIS proposed rule change allowing for the filing of incomplete applications is just one more manifestation for making life easier for illegal aliens seeking the much sought after Employment Authorization Document or EAD also known as a "permiso". A recent Center for Immigration Studies explains all of this in detail.…
We discuss Michael J. Maxwell's testimony before Congress in July of 2006, and how much corruption there is within USCIS and the level of mismanagement ignoring National Security and Public Safety concerns when approving aliens for green cards and naturalization.
This is a continuation from last week's episode where we discuss former USCIS OSI Director Michael J. Maxwell's damning testimony before Congress in April of 2006. This problem of corruption and gross mismanagement of USCIS has been going on from when it was first formed in March of 2003 and continues on through today.…
This is the first of a multi-part series chronicling the corruption at the highest level of USCIS from when it was formed in 2003 until now. We learn about this corruption from Michael J. Maxwell, the former Director of the Office of Security and Investigations, or OSI, the internal affairs unit of USCIS. He takes no prisoners, he pulls no punches, his testimony is a scathing indictment of USCIS upper management and their Immigrants First philosophy, a philosophy that endangers America's national security, public health and public safety, and our economy.…
Despite clear and convincing evidence of fraud in the inducement or totally fabricated allegations of domestic violence or other crimes, judges, prosecutors, law enforcement, the media, and politicians, simply turn a blind eye to all of it in order to protect immigrants at all costs, even if it means innocent Americans are imprisoned.…
In 2019, the Government Accountability Office or GAO conducted a review of USCIS's fraud detection efforts, and were not happy with USCIS. Also, "Jimmy", a victim of marriage fraud and false allegations of abuse appears on the show by phone.
In this episode we discuss the origins of the Violence Against Women, or VAWA,, who introduced it into Congress, and the basics of how it affects immigration based marriages. We cite two specific cases involving American citizens falsely accused of domestic violence and rape by their foreign born spouses.…
This episode deals with how some aliens involved in marriage fraud abuse the Violence Against Women Act or VAWA provisions of the Immigration law to gain permanent residence in the US and cover up their fraudulent intent. We pick up where Part 1 left off.
How Congress tried to fix the fraud issue for marriage frauds only to have INS and USCIS circumvent it by allowing for aliens to circumvent the Congressional intent of the Marriage Fraud Amendment Act of 1986.
Premier episode of "Until Green Card Do Us Part". In this episode we look at potential warning signs that might cause you to have second thoughts about marrying someone from another country. Brought to you by CSI Consulting LLC.
