Health: How can we achieve it and hang onto it as we get older? Because the older we get, the harder it seems to know how to lose belly fat, lose weight, gain more muscle, eat healthy food because the rules seem to keep changing, and of course deal with wrinkles, too? What steps can we take now, no matter what our age, to lose weight, regain some of our youthful look, feel younger, and live a productive, active life for as long as possible?
