In this episode, we talk about Josh's eight-week competition training plan. It starts with positional sparring, then linked positional sparring, full sparring, and a taper week. We also cover Josh's light physical training plan for the eight weeks. Josh competes in his first competition at 155 lbs in No Gi, White Belt Division at Grappling Industries in San Diego on June 24th. The countdown begins!
