You woke up today, that in itself is a reason to celebrate. You were lucky enough to have a pillow and bed to sleep on, a bed to lay in, and shelter over your head. Consider yourself fortunate as there are many people on this earth who do not have that at all or every night. You could wake up and have coffee and or breakfast and pick up your phone, tablet, or computer and read these words, watch the video, and listen to this episode. You were fortunately to have the food and electronics to do this. You got up and showered and put on clean clothes. You had water available to have things be clean and money to put on clothes; many do not have the everyday things you do not even think about. Most importantly, your health, wellness, and today!
