The late American writer James Baldwin once wrote “Not everything that is faced can be changed. But nothing can be changed until it is faced.” It is a quote that is so relevant to today’s reality--and there’s some fundamental truths we need to face in order for us to change.

In this episode we face those truths that we need to discuss about change. We’ll do some internal awareness building to face the changes ahead, and take back control of our lives and the change we wish to take part in--or be able to affect.
