Today I’m talking about what your envy can teach you. By envy, I don't mean the potentially destructive feelings of jealousy. I'm talking about the feelings of discontent that envy throws up.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

- How extremely uncomfortable emotion of envy can show you what you want

- Why you should examine your feelings of envy whenever they arise

- Why you should take a little time to sit with the uncomfortable feeling

- The questions to ask to find out what your envy is trying to teach you

Once you have identified what's making you envious, make sure you start with small steps and take action. There's no point identifying what we want if we don't actually move into action.
